Heinz Walter Menke

Heinz Walter Menke joined the family-owned company RUCO Printing Inks in April 1990, initially as plant manager. From 1997 onwards, as managing director together with his father Heinz Menke, he was primarily responsible for the company's success, and after his father's death he assumed sole responsibility for the company's fortunes. Always bearing in mind a forward-looking succession plan, Heinz Walter Menke paved the way for the successful continuation of the company last year by partnering with the American printing ink group INX International and retired from business life in May 2020.
Characterized by his high level of social competence and his entrepreneurial responsibility, the preservation and growth of our company location and thus of the jobs here in Eppstein always had top priority for him. Heinz Walter Menke was a warm-hearted boss who always had an open ear for all staff. We remember him with gratitude as a visionary thinker, empathetic partner, and creative, sincere businessman.
