Eppstein, 8 June 2020. INX International has closed the acquisition of RUCO Druckfarben, A. M. Ramp & Co. GmbH, on 1 June 2020. By entering the German market, the third largest North American manufacturer of printing inks is expanding its position in Europe. The transaction secures the future prospects of the long-established German company RUCO through expanding its market access in the INX network.

Printing ink specialist RUCO Druckfarben, based in Eppstein near Frankfurt/Main, Germany, will once again be presenting its innovative range of products for the decoration of all types of plastic materials and products at K 2019 – the world’s no. 1 trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, held in Düsseldorf 16-23 October (Hall 4 / Stand B08). A special highlight at the ink manufacturer’s stand will be the screen printing ink series 955LED-LM.
Once again this year, the international label industry will get together at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels from 24 to 27 September, and as in recent years printing ink specialist RUCO Druckfarben will be taking part in this leading trade fair as an exhibitor. Renowned for its comprehensive portfolio of innovative ink systems, the Eppstein, Germany based company will be showcasing its latest developments, introducing another new UV screen printing ink series with a unique selling proposition and various optimized inks (Stand 6A27).
This innovative screen printing ink is now available on the market and combines three decisive, forward-looking properties.
Together with the managing partner Heinz Walter Menke, Mr. Hartmann will be responsible for the strategic and operational business development in order to drive the international growth path of RUCO Printing Inks.
As in recent years, printing ink specialist RUCO Druckfarben will once again be showcasing its comprehensive product range for glass decoration when the seventh GlassPrint conference and exhibition opens its gates in Düsseldorf, Germany from 29-30 November 2017. A special focus this year will be on the new screen printing ink series 937LED which is suitable for curing by means of LED technology as well as with conventional machines using mercury- or iron-charged standard UV lamps.
Between 14 - 16 November 2017, Eppstein-based printing ink specialist RUCO will be presenting its product range at the InPrint 2017 trade fair for industrial print technology in Munich (Hall A6, Stand 454). The focus this year will be on two universally curing screen printing ink series that are suitable for use both with LED technology and on machines with mercury- or iron-charged standard UV lamps.
At this year’s Labelexpo Europe, printing ink specialist RUCO Druckfarben will be presenting its comprehensive product portfolio for the label industry from 25 - 28 September in Brussels (Hall 11, Booth 11A35). In addition to fully fledged ink systems for rotary screen printing and flexo printing, the company will also showcase a newly developed UV flexo release varnish for multi-layer applications.
